Duties/Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the All servers and network system (LAN,VLAN,WAN), including routers/switches/ other network hardware & software in the company

• Implement and monitor security policies, including anti virus management , internet security, and firewall

• Perform data backup and recovery

• Perform hardware and software upgrades as required (Server and Client PC )

• Evaluate needs of network environment and plan growth

• Document configurations and operating standards and practices in server & network area

• Responsible for email management system in the company

• Provides PC / desktop support and technical support to end users .

Knowledge / Skill / Abilities :

• Provides PC / desktop support and technical support to end users

• Good knowledge and highly skilled in the following areas :

1. HP Servers , RAID system, Redundant system and virtual system

2. CISCO devices , LAN, WAN, VLAN, Routing, and access list

3. Windows 2003 Server, Microsoft Exchange, ISA Server and Share Point Portal

4. DNS, Group Policy, Active Directory, WSUS and Domain structure

5. Antivirus, Backup, Imaging software / hardware

Credentials / Experience :

• Minimum 1 years experience as Network Administrator

• Bachelor degree in computer science, computer engineering, electronics and communications engineering or other IT related course

• Preferably has MCSA/ MCSE/CCNA/CCNP/ A+ certificate

• Preferably has experience working in a Call Center
